RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your pairs for another size then you may return them within 7 Days in its original box packing. You may also mail us on houseofjuttis@gmail.com for the same. Once the return is approved please ship the product back to us without any damage. After the product clears the quality check, exchange product will be shipped. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests. 

The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.

If you have ordered "Heel Shield", please remove it from the box while sending the pair back for exchange.

Pairs bought during SALE period will not be exchanged or returned. 

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders. 

Please Note- During festivals, Pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping for Prepaid orders across India is free. Cash on Delivery orders have Rs. 60/- additional charges. Once you place an order your pairs would be delivered within 5-8 working days. Shipment time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment against it.

Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.

PRIVACY POLICY

House of Juttis is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors. it is necessary for us to collect certain personal information, we respect and protect your right to privacy as set forth in this Privacy Policy. The nature of the information collected (if any), is simply to allow us to contact you should you choose to or for us to contact you on the basis of a business relation you establish by purchasing or making an order online. The information stored does NOT include any financial details, other than details related to purchase or interest of products by you, and is purely restricted to order, contact and preferences. 

We may collect your session, contact and order information on our server and on your browser in the form of session storage or cookies. We will NOT share it with any third party, other than those necessary to make the delivery of the product to you, marketing material to you and improvement purposes. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
